CIS's Door Supervision Course is aimed at individuals looking to work as a front-line door supervisor. This is a four day course with the following content. Successful candidates will be awarded the Edexcel Level 2 BTEC Award in Door Supervision which will count towards them achieving their SIA License as a Door Supervisor.

The course takes a minimum of 28 hours and consists of two parts covering the following topics:

Part 2 - Communication Skills and Conflict Management

• Application of Communication Skills and Conflict Management

Physical Intervention Skills: Trainer Training

This is a new recognised training course which allows suitable trainers to attend our 5 day BTAC Level 3 Delivering Physical Intervention.  On successful completion you will receive the EDI Level 3 Advanced Award in Physical Restraint Practice.  This allows you to deliver the Level 2 Physical Intervention Training for recognised training centres.

The courses are run over five days in line with the SIA requirements which covers the mandatory 35 guided learning hours as specified.

The cost of the course is only £500 + VAT, this includes your training materials as required for delivery.
