CIS offer an Entry into the Uniformed Services Course accredited for both the pre-16 and post 16+ age group, designed to introduce the candidates to working in the uniformed services. The course will develop candidates people skills and ability to work as part of a team as well as improving their written and verbal communication skills.

Successful candidates will be awarded the NCFE Level 2 Certificate for Entry into the Uniformed Services and be well prepared for application / entry into the uniformed services e.g. police, armed services, fire service, ambulance service.

• Exploring aspects of physical fitness
• Team work and problem solving
• Health and Safety
• Map reading and navigation
• Understanding and following services routine
