There has been a dramatic change in the way that the maritime industry needs to think about maritime security since the introduction the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS) in 2004. The need for fully trained and competent maritime security professionals is paramount. CIS have extensive training and operational experience in maritime security and provide both innovative and up to date maritime security training using first hand experience to bring practical realities into the classroom.

CIS is a TRANSEC and Maritime & CoastGuard Agency approved training provider and offer the full range of ISPS code internationally accredited courses, our trainers are widely experienced in maritime operations, with a proven track record of excellence in this specialist area, offering the following training:
