CIS offer a  Level 3 NCFE (QCF Accredited) Surveillance Training and Intelligence Course designed to meet the requirements of most levels of operator and is taught by instructors who have a wide range of experience in conducting live surveillance operations for the police, military or government.

The course is a mixture of theory and practical exercises and culminates in a structured exercise allowing candidates to demonstrate and practice what they have learnt throughout the course. The course consists of ten mandatory modules:

• Static Surveillance
• Mobile Surveillance
• Technical Surveillance
• Planning and Preparation
• The Intelligence Cycle
• Legislation
• Surveillance Awareness
