CIS's Vehicle Immobilisation Course is aimed at individuals looking to operate and work within the vehicle immobilisation industry and obtain an SIA License. Successful completion of the course will result in the candidate achieving an Edexcel Level 2 Award in Vehicle Immobilisation.
The course is split over two parts and takes a minimum of 35 hours covering:

- Practical Case Studies (Clamping, Removal and Paperwork)
- Use of Photography
- The Payment Process
- Procedures for Start and End of Shift
- Radio Operations
- Discretionary Parking
- Standards of Behaviour for Vehicle Immobilisers and Customer Care

Part 2 - Communication Skills and Conflict Management (14 hours)
